Government Meeting - Dept of Environmental Protection

Well kids the meeting with Government was held.

It was a very good meeting. They obviously didnt change all their proposals to reflect our wishes but they recognised the validity of our concerns.

It was very much a bridge building excercise. They recognised the club as a positive addition to Bermuda's dog community.

The way is open to reduce the scope of the current breed ban given that certain issues are kept in mind.

In Attendence
Dr Nesbitt - Government Vetrenarian
Dr Sleeter - Director - Dept of Environmental Protection
Charles Butterfield - President BWDC
Dennis Fagundo - Vice President BWDC
